Active Ingredients: 1gm contains: 500mg Carduus marianus (Milk thistle seeds) 1X, 350mg Gentiana (Yellow gentian) 1X, 277mg Absinthium (Wormwood) 1X, 277mg Cichorium (Chicory) 1X, 223mg Zingiberis (Ginger root) 1X, 0.67mg Piper nigrum (Black peppercorns) 1X, 0.37mg Calamus (Sweet flag) 1X, 0.13mg Chelidonium (Greater celandine) 1X, 0.13mg Curcuma (Turmeric) 1X

Uses: Improves digestion; eases gas and indigestion.

Directions
